The Keepers

The Keepers is an intimate portrait of conservators and their relationships to the art they preserve. Filmed all over the world, we follow them as they maintain museum-specific objects and artifacts. From ancient sculptures to historic textiles, from natural history specimens to contemporary Art, each requiring distinct forms of care and a high level of expertise.
The Keepers show us all the invisible efforts it takes to maintain and sustain our collective treasures.

Nach Jahren von Arbeit hinter den Kulissen - angefangen als Produktionskoordination für einen ORF Film über Billy Wilder, als Archive Producer, schwang ich mich 2018 hinter die Kamera. Seht dem habe ich nicht zurück geschaut.
After years of working behind the scenes—ranging from production coordinator on an ORF film about Billy Wilder to archive and line producer—I stepped behind the camera in 2018. I haven't looked back since.
